Create channels for different conversation topics to keep discussion organized. Add various support workers into the conversation for their input and see what they have to say.

Limitations

  • Limited functionality to tag and mention relevant support workers, create tasks and to-dos, appointments, scheduling, etc. 

  • Similar layout as Slack, perhaps an API extension would be suitable for optimizaton. 

  • Further development of hyperlinking and integration of in-app functions currently unavailable, would be helpful for integration and short-cuts if needed.
