Allows users to collaborate on projects and tasks for creating individualized education plan. Features seamless integration into other in-app functions (Calendar, Documents, Knowledge, and Discuss).

Extensive notes allows for task descriptions and outlines, with comments and sharing available for clarification.

Data from the Project app can be downloaded and exported into Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for further analysis through other platforms for visualization.

All visible tasks, tools and section features were developed and made by us.

We included several methods of collaboration and created an interface that can support the display of different types of documentation (e.g. images, pdfs, notes, links, connections to other apps, etc.)

Limitations

No available visual interactive mapping for brainstorming, would be helpful for ways contributors can informally share ideas.

Integration with API extensions would be suitable for optimization.

Limited visualizations for data collection, further integration with API extensions could be helpful.
